Security Officers get recognized
You never know what your going to encounter on patrol. Jennifer and Jane encountered a very sick patron in the public space of the University Mall. The actions they took were exemplary. They not only moved the lady to the privacy of a restroom they closed the restroom to other patrons. They then immediately summoned an ambulance.
We must always be alert to appearances and public disruption of our clients property. Not only for the sake of the property but for the sake of the guest that is in a rather uncomfortable and perferably private moment. Nice job Jane and Jennifer.
