A high-quality security company is really only as good as the security personnel it employs. But, hiring the best individual for the job is only the beginning.

Censor Security begins with extensive screening of its applicants. Only one in every fourteen applicants will become a Censor Security team member. But, that is not enough. We then make sure each officer is trained untilizing the best and up-to-date methods in the industry. We utilize on the job training, of course, but also bring in the most advanced third party partners that specialize in training officers to the level we demand.

Censor Security is highly regarded in the area for its excellent reputation. We want to keep it that way and top-level initial and ongoing training is a must. We utilize our Censor Advanced Trained Security Program (C.A.T.S.) as well as the Certified Protection Officer (CPO) Program offered by International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO).
